Further Notice for Third Phase Admission in all Honours subjects
In response to Calcutta University circular C/793/Cir, dated 07.07.2011 (regarding 10% increase in the number of seats in honours subjects) and also due to some vacant seats in honours subjects after counseling as per our Merit list and waiting lists, published on 13th July, 2011 the Admission committee has decided to publish on 4th August, 2011 after 2 PM another Merit list and waiting list for all honours subjects for admission through counseling for third phase on the basis of total marks (Marks of best four subjects + Marks in Hons. Subject ).
Date of counseling has been fixed on 6th August, 2011 at 12 noon. Entry into the counseling rooms will commence from 11 AM – 12 noon.
If any student fails to appear on the specified date and time with proper documents (TWO attested copies of HS mark sheets, ONE copy of Madhyamik Admit card, ONE copy of caste certificate, if any and RECEIPT ISSUED BY COLLEGE DURING SUBMISSION OF YOUR FORM) the Admission committee will not accept any kind of appeal for admission afterwards for the First year, 2011.
Students who are already admitted in the General courses must bring their FEES BOOK and Temporary ID card issued to them by the college.
